1. Well, there is no special shuttle bus. In Macao, you can take public bus no.16 (Ring Road), 17 (Ring Road), 25 or 34 to go to Guanzha Port (Border Gate) first. Then pass the custom and you will arrive at Gongbei,Zhuhai. You can choose the bus route that near to your starting place. Then I can find the schedule.
2. You can apply for Visa On Arrival at Gongbei Port. I remember that the price is CNY 168 per person. But it's no guarantee that you can get it successfully. So you'd better to apply for it in advance.
