Translating & Notarizing of Death Certifcate

Do you provide services in translating death certificate issued in United States into Chinese and notarize it?

As far as I know, the consulate does not provide translation services. You should have the certificate notarized by a notary public there first. Only after that, the consular office can authenticate this document.
