About:China Visa Fees

please i need your advice and service if possible

I have overstayed about a year now, and things are too hard for me. I want to go home and I need your help.
1. I am on asylum.
2. Will they still fine me for overstay
3. I want to leave now I don't know what to do.

Kobe, I'm afraid they will fine you if you have overstayed for a long time. Please go to the local police station and report yourself. Pay the fine and the officer will give you an exit visa. Then you can leave the country.
