What is the max parcel size and weight for sea shipment to Israel and the price for 2okg?

Gershon, a 20kg parcel costs around CNY 2012 by air and CNY 424 by ship. Its weight should be no more than 20kg. The maximum length is 1.5 meters. The length and circumference should be 3 meters or less.
