Xi'an Tourist Bus Line - a loop service?

Hi,
So the Tourist Buses (You 7/8/etc) all run in a loop service? If I were to take from Bell Tower to Shaanxi History Museum, can I take from the same bus stop later to get back to Bell Tower?

Are there announcements on board the tourist You buses upon reaching the destination or do I have to lookout for each destination and inform the driver where I want to stop.

Yes, you can also take the tourist bus from the museum to Bell Tower. But the stop to return is opposite the one you getting off.
You'd better inform the drivers in advance. In addition, I remember that there are announcements on the bus, but in Chinese only.
