About:China High Speed Train

is there a way to buy tickets with discount? like in europe?

I need to know if i can buy a disccount train pass that allow me to get into multiple trips like in europe or NYC?

There is no discount for the rail ticket. The pass can only support very few routes like Shanghai and Hangzhou, Shanghai and Nanjing, Beijing and Tianjin, Guangzhou and Zhuhai etc.
