Jen, I think you should go to local post office to send your parcel. Their rates should be the cheapest. The premise is that you tell the staff you plan to use the slowest way to send your parcels.0

I already know this. The information I want is the cost, price per kg, to send packages, boxes from Qingdao to Kunming the slowest shipping method. I need the information before I am ready to bring packages to the post office. There must be a standard price list.1

Jennifer, China Post website provide a calculator to figure out how much it costs based on where you send your parcel from and to and how much it weights. Unfortuntely, it's all in Chinese. And they don't provide detailed information on how much it costs per g/kg. If you really want to figure out, find a Chinese friend to help you call 11185.0
