Hi, I'm Lebanese and would like to apply for a visa to Hong Kong.

I would like to ask if there's a fast (express) service option in the Chinese embassy in Beirut.

Hi Mohamed! If the embassy itself can deal with your application, you can use the express service. However, if they transfer the application to HK, you can't use the express service. Generally speaking, they prefer to transfer the application to HK.
