im a medical student wuhan university and am from somalia i wanna visit to HK i wanna know where is the nearest can apply HK entry permit in wuhan or nearest city

Fatima, you can apply from the HK SAR office in Beijing. Another choice is applying directly through the HK Immigration Office by mails if you don't bother to go to Beijing.
