About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

I'm traveling to Sanya and have heard I don't need a visa as you can get one there.

Is this rubbish or true?
Thanks so much in advance.

It's true. If you plan to stay there for not more than 15 days with the purpose of sightseeing or doing business, you can apply for it.
