Application of Z visa in China

I'm a Singaporean currently working in Guangdong and my stay permit expired and the authorities told me to apply for a Z type to re-apply for the stay permit. Where can I go to apply for the Z type, can anyone help on this.

If you are in Guangzhou City, you can go to the exit and entry administration office in Guangzhou. The address is No. 698, East Dongfeng Road.
