I (Slovak) am traveling from Vienna to Hong Kong via Beijing (Air china). We have 12 hours stay in Beijing int airport. We would like to go visit downtown.
What exactly i need to do? I mean where should i ask for 24hours visa? (in Vienna or in Beijing airport ?)
