Can I pick up my pre-paid ticket the day of departure?

I have already bought tickets online through your website. Can I pick up the tickets the day of departure if I arrive a few hours early at the train station?

Yes, you can do it even on the day of departue, but at least 90min in advance to avoid missing it. There can be a long waiting line sometimes and may cost you some time for that.
