Pasta samples in check-in luggage

I am taking in low value items as samples to show to a new customer, all value is less than RMB500, includes dry pasta, face cream and Aloe cream. Do I need to declare these as samples as they have such a low value?

You can take them in your check-in luggage without declaration.
