About:Shanghai Long-Distance Bus
Is there a bus from Taicang to Pudong International Airport and vice versa ?

I the airport, there is no direct shuttle bus to Taicang. You can take the shuttle bus line 7 to the South railway station, and then walk to neighboring South Bus Station, where you can take the bus to Taicang directly.
When you go back, you can take the bus from Taicang bus station to the South railway station, and then transfer to airport shuttle bus to the airport.
