If you apply from Australia, you can go to the CVASC office directly and submit the application. The application documents include your pasport, a phtocopy of the passport's data page, a fully filled application form, a recent color bare-headed photo of yourself, a photocopy of the PR card, and round-trip tickets and hotel reservations.
