About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Spouse visa for China

I am a Australian citizen and work in PRC at a school. I have a residency 1 year permit. In February 2016 i will marry my Thai girlfriend. Can she obtain a spouse type entry permit and live with me here in PRC also? (This is my second year of contract with this school)

Bill, she can apply or the S1 type and get a residence permit as your spouse after entering China. Remember that she is not allowed to work in PRC on the S1 type.
