We are planning to bring our babies, 1yr n 1.5yr, they are cousins this December.. How's the weather and what clothing we should prepare?

Well, the temperature will be 55 F to 65 F in December. There will be many rainy days. Maybe the climate will be cool and comfortable for adults. But it would be a little bit cold for babies. So you can bring overcoats, hats and other warm clothes for your babies.
