14-18/11, cold for babies?

hi, i will be travelling to hk next week 14-18/11, will bring a toddler and a baby with me. will it be too cold for them during the day if i just apply one layer of clothes?

No, it is warm at the daytime and a little cool at night in HK at that time. You'd better prepare two layers of clothes for Children.
