I'll be for 9 months in Harbin institute of technology for Dec. 1 as an academic visitor from Iran.

please guide me about where I can find a rental house with fair price and as well as near of the institute of technology university.

Yes, there are. How many square meters you required?
Fuhua Housing Estate is highly recommended. It's near to the campus within walking distance. Take 70 to 90 square meters as an example, the fare is CNY 700 to 1,000 per month. You can go and see. It's located at No.10, 4th Fuhua Road.

As I know, the rental houses have good living environment. Don't worry.
The reference price is about 70 to 90 square meters, which often contains one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom. But I don't have any reservation information. You need to go there and contact the house-owner by yourself.

Hi Kamel, I'm Su from Singapore.
Just wondering if this is going to be yr first trip to harbin as i am hoping to visit harbin perhaps early next yr but not sure if it is a good idea as heard halal food isn't convenient to locate and many do not speak english especially the cab drivers so travelling can be of inconvenience, do share your experience once ur there.

Have you not asked the university for assistance?
I never heard of a reservation like asked for an apartment.
There are real estate agencies who can help you find an apartment.

If the university can not provide accommodation or assistance then you may have to stay in a hotel for a week or so until you have found a place.
