About:Who built the Great Wall of China?

Was the great wall of china built to defend the people against Yajooj Majooj (Gogs and Magogs)?

Gogs and Magogs were identified with Eurasian nomads such as the Khazars, Huns and Mongols. Qin Walls were built to defend against the Huns. Ming Walls were used to defend against Mongols. So I think you can say that the walls were built to defend people against Gogs and Magogs.
