express application for a UK resident

Dear Sir, Madam,
I am a Belgian citizen residing in the UK.
I am planning a business trip to India (staying in Delhi for 5 days) and my flight is booked in few days.
I will not have the time to apply for a China visa in the UK before leaving the UK.
As a Belgian citizen residing in the UK can I apply for a business M type for PRC in Delhi ? How long does it take ?

Fred, it's possible to apply from the CVASC office in New Delhi. If you worry about problems, you can hire an agency. The express service takes two or three working days after you submit all the required documents.

Thank you ! May I ask you to specify which documents I need as I will have to take them with me from the UK on my trip to India and will have no chance to go back home if I miss one of them. Thanks again.

You need to take your passport, a photocopy of the passport, a filled-out application form, a recent passport style photo, the original and photocopy of the entry permit to India, and an invitation letter from a trade partner in PRC.
