Enquiry for Toue Code XA10

My wife and I are going to Xian on this coming 30th October. We arrived lat and will be staying over night in Xian. We intend to do Tour code XA 10 on 31st. We also like to attend the Song of Eternal Sorrow show. Kindly advise how do we book the ticket etc. If we stay at the Palace hotel, does it provide complimentary show tickets?
