Bus is the best way to go. At the Passenger Transport Center, there are direct buses to Wuzhen. They leave from 07:00 - 18:20 every 25min. There is no direct bus between Wuzhen and Xitang. You can take a bus at Wuzhen Bus Station to Jiaxing first. Then transfer to bus no. K152 to Xitang.
