About:Hong Kong International Airport

Please inform if I can get direct train from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou .

No direct train leads to Guangzhou from HKIA. I'd suggest you take Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station and take Tung Chung line to Nam Cheong. Then change to West Rail line to Hung Hom. At the station, you can take a through train to Guangzhou East.

Another suggestion is to take a direct bus at the Coach Teminal at T2 of HKIA to Guangzhou in around 3.5h. Buses are quite dense, leaving from 07:00 to 22:45 daily.
