Anyone can confirm whether the west railway station is already in operation? And if yes, is there any train that goes to Ya'an? Thank you.

No, the west railway station is still under contruction. Currently, passengers can only head to Ya'an by long-distance bus and there are 38 departures per day from Shiyangchang Long-distance Bus Station. Duration is about 2 hours and ticket fare is around CNY50.
