Dear Sir,I need to visit PRC for business seminar in early November. This is in promotion of the Citizenship by Investment projects.A. Can I air express my application to you?B. I can find anyone in Panama. Your suggestion?C. My other question. My wife is from Colombia and lives in Panama with me. What is the solution for her?

Leo, mail application isn't accepted anymore. By the way, the applicants are required to stay in the country where he/she applies. If you can find some agents, then you can ask them to apply in Panama. If your wife plans to go with you, then she should apply for a L type instead. You can ask the agents to help you too.
