About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

My fiance is HK Chinese. We are both moving to shanghai form Panama.

Is it possible for me to get a fiance visa to relocate there with her. Or what type can I apply for. Im not sure if I want to work there or not?

Lewis, I’m afraid you cannot get that kind of entry permit because you two haven’t got married.
If you go there for sightseeing purpose, a tourist L type is enough.
But if you want to work there, a work Z type is needed.

Only when you find a job and get the job offer can you apply for the work Z type.
