About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Can I use ATM at the airport with my Us bank debit cards, a TD bank visa debit card?

Where is the closest ATM when I arrive at the airport, flying in on American Airlines.

Well, as I know, you can use the card as long as there is a Visa Symbol on ATM.
Agricultural Bank of China is located in the public area of International Arrival Hall, F2, T3-C (opposite to Exit B).
Standard Chartered Bank is located in the departure check-in hall, F4, T3-C and International Arrival Hall, T3-E.
