Well, as I know, you can use the card as long as there is a Visa Symbol on ATM.Agricultural Bank of China is located in the public area of International Arrival Hall, F2, T3-C (opposite to Exit B).Standard Chartered Bank is located in the departure check-in hall, F4, T3-C and International Arrival Hall, T3-E.
