The Hotel´s address is: 1 East Chang An Avenue. I was thinking to get Bus or Subway.

Hey, you can refer to the ways below: By bus: take shuttle bus line 3 to International Hotel bus stop. Then your hotel is around 0.8mi away. Take a taxi to reach or walk there directly. By subway: take Airport Express Train to Dongzhimen, transfer to subway line 2 to Jianguomen and change to line 1. You need to get off at Dongdan Station. Leave from exit A and find the Orient Plaza in the north. Your hotel is right close to the plaza.
