About:Beijing South Railway Station

Can you enter the waiting area of Beijing South railway station without a ticket?

I was wondering if our tour guide would be able to accompany us to the waiting area without a ticket. We would be taking the high speed BJ Shanghai ride and since we dont know Chinese it would be a help if he could do so.

For most stations in China, people could not enter the waiting hall without a ticket. Your guide could try to buy a platform ticket if possible.
