disabled support for transfer passengers at guangzhou airport

Question

I will be travelling with a mobility scooter so will need this for the transfer section of my journey   Otherwise I'll need s wheelchair for that part of the journey. What help is there for a disabled traveller like me.

As I know, there are free wheelchairs available for the physically challenged passengers. There is also special service to help you check-in, go through security check or the other services. You need apply for special assistance when reserve the seat. Here is the service call number 020-36066999.
