Auspicious date to be applied in Netherlands

Hi, can we apply auspicious dates anywhere in the world? Is there any plus or minus to be done with the hours when used in the west?

Cynthia, you can apply the auspiciuos dates in Netherlands. However, you should take time difference into consideration.
