Wheelchair or scooter rental in airport

My husband is mobility impaired due to a stroke a few years ago, is there a wheelchair or handicap scooter we can rent or borrow to use in airport for the stopover ? At Pudong Shanghai airport

Odette, wheelchair service is available at the airport. Before you land at the airport, you can tell the flight attendant that you need wheelchair service. They can help you contact the airport to prepair a wheelchair for you. I am not sure if all airlines are willing to do this.

You also can contact the airport on your own in advance and ask for wheelchair service.
