electric scooter on the plane business man

i want to bring a sample electric fold up scooter on the plane as carry on... it has a lithium battery... is that ok or does it have 2 go on the bottom?

Hi, as I know, the electric scooters are prohibited by most of the air companies. You are suggested to contact your airline to confirm it.
