I need to catch a train from Tsim Sha Tsui to Lo Wu.  What times do the trains to Lo Wu depart?

There is no need to Tsim Sha Tsui. You can travel in this way, which saves time and money: take airport express to Tsing Yi Station, then change to Tung Chung Line to Lai King Station, then change to Tsuen Wan Line  to Prince Edward, keep changing to Kwun Tong Line to Kowloon Tong Station, then change to East Rail Line to Lo Wu. It takes about 95 minutes and HKD 60.BTW, is your final destination Shenzhen? If so, there are direct ferries and buses from HK airport.
