I need to travel from Hong Kong airport to shenzhen at 11.30 nightie, what's the best mode or trans

I'm afraid there is no public transport at 23:30. You may need to stay overnight near the airport and head to Shenzhen next day. From HKIA, there are both long-distance buses and ferries to Shenzhen.
