About:

Great Wall during October Holiday

Hello,

I have a friend visiting me in Beijing for only 72 hours during the October holiday. The only day we can go to the Great Wall is on Saturday, 3rd October. Can you please recommend a section of the Great Wall which in past experience has been less crowded and quieter than Mutianyu and Badaling, but still restored?

Hi Joshua, I advise you to visit the Juyongguan section or Jinshanling section, where the scenery is more beautiful than Badaling but with less people.
