What type visa I should take for 7 night stay

I am attending tea fair and have invitation letter from them, I have bought return ticket
First time visiting, not travelling to other places, only day return tea garden and local tour to see place.
What type I should apply for? I don't think I will go again. I have booked hotel for 7 nights.
