About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Just in case.

Flying from London to Shanghai, 2hr stopover then onto Tokyo. Then returning from Osaka to Shanghai and staying over for 2 nights then flight from Shanghai to London.
This 72hr visa covers that right?
