About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Update Temporary Visa to Q1 Type

My temporary residence permit expires in November.
My wife and I plan to visit China in January for 92 days.
She has lived with me in America since March and is a green card holder.
I intend to apply for a Q1 type before we leave.
Do you see any problems arising given this scenario?
Would I be wiser to get a 10-year entry permit and shorten my stay to under 60 days?

Darrell, I think it's wiser to apply for a 10-year multiple-entry Q2 type. Each allowed stay duration can be as long as 120 days. It's the most suitable for you.
