About:K Trains

Does anyone know if the ferry from Jinghong to northern Thailand has been restarted?

or is it still cancelled?
Also, does anyone know the earliest scheduled buses from Kunming to Jinghong?

As I know, the ferry between Jinghong and Chiang Saen are still available, but I am not clear about the schedule. The earliest bus leaves from the South Bus Station to Jinghong at 08:00. It takes around 10 hours and the fare is CNY223.
