is it possible to get multiple entry?

hi i am kim sinlao from philippines, i have been traveling to Xiamen, China for almost 2 years now, i just get 3 mos (90 days) everytime i want to go back PRC again, my question is, is it possible for me to get a multiple visa the next time? and is it okay if i spend the whole 6 months staying with my fiancee?
