Question

I want to visit China for vacation and also want to use the opportunity to pick some furniture for my new home. Please how do I go about my visiting?  Kindly give me the guide lines, and is it possible for one to purchase item like furniture's for personal use and come with easily into the country?

Infaaye, I'm afraid the consular office will not give you the tourist L type. So do you know some furniture suppliers in PRC? If you know some, you can apply for the M type with an invitation letter from the supplier. However, the L type is easier to get. If you can get it, you should try your best to get the L type.
