About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Born in Beijing in 1988 both parents are not Chinese.

I wanted to know, that if your were born in mainland China, and your birth certificate is in CN. But I am a British citizen could I apply for a passport?

You can apply for a British passport at the UK embassy or consulate.
