About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

Visa application. permanent residency needed?

My name is Mukhtar, I recently secured admission for postgraduate medical study, next few days i hope I will get my admission and application from the university. My friend gets refused last time in Nairobi, because they asked a permanent residency, now I have the same dilemma, would I be asked for residency permit? is not enough I legally entered the country (Djibouti) , and I need entry permit for PRC

Mukhtar, usually you don't have to get the permanent residency when applying from a third country. You can still have a try. I personally suggest you hire an agency to do the application for you so that you have a bigger chance to get the X type entry permit.
