What can be done in a week in Hunan?

Hi, i'm going to travel there from Shenzhen this Mid-autumn holidays. I'll arrive at Changsha at evening of September 30 and depart at evening on october 7. Can possibly cram into it zhangjiaie park (2 days) then go to miao village and phoneix town both are day trips from Jishou (2 days), then go to Hongjiang and eventually to the Hanshang mountains (2 days) with the final stop at Changsha (1day). I realise that i might sacrifice at least one of mentioned spots but still i speculate that it's doable. I really look forward to your advise.
