I have two children, 1 year and 4 years old, we already have S1 visa. For complete the resident permit reqiurement, does they have to do medical exam too? thank you

I don't think they need go through the health check. According to the rule, only those who are over 18 years old and apply the resident permit for the first time are required to do the medical check.
