Do I qualify for free hotel accommodation and will this include the 72 hour visa?

I have booked a flight with China Southern Airlines departing from Hanoi on Tuesday 27th October at 11:45, arriving into Guangzhou at 14:25. This is a connecting flight to London Heathrow that departs Guangzhou on Wednesday 28th October at 09.30.

My connecting flight to London Heathrow means that I have a layover time of 19 hours and 5 minutes.
