If i arrive in pudong, then i take the line 2, then in Peopl's Park i change to line 1, do i have to Buy line 1 ticket?

Well, the fare for subway line 1 will be included when purchasing the ticket at the starting station. In addition, the exact ticket fare depends on your final destination. The longer you travel, the higher the ticket is.
